גלויה מחולקת ובה תצלום פנורמי, שחור לבן, של העיר העתיקה, ירושלים, מדרום לצפון. במרכז התצלום נראה הר הבית, ובו מסגד אל-אקצה, כיפת הסלע ומבנים נוספים. על הגלויה לא צויינו שם הצלם או תאריך הצילום. ככל הנראה, התצלום המקורי נעשה לפני 1948, ממרומי בניין מוזיאון רוקפלר. בגב הגלויה צויין כי היא מסדרת "פוטונה - Photona" הגלויה לא היתה בשימוש. היא הופקה על ידי חברת פלפוט (Palphot, Herzlia) בישראל, כנראה בשנות החמישים של המאה העשרים.
