גלויה מחולקת ובה רפרודוקציה בשחור לבן מציורו של האמן ההולנדי אדריאן ון דר ורף (Adriaen van der Werff, 1659-1722), "גירוש הגר וישמעאל" ("The dismissal of Hagar", 1697), ציור שהיה חלק מאוספי הגלריה של דרזדן. בגב הגלויה נדפס סמלה המסחרי של הוצאת "לבנון". על הגלויה לא צויינה שנת הפקתה, אך על-פי קוד בית הדפוס המופיע בגבה (במקום המיועד לבול) יש להסיק כי זוהי הדפסה חוזרת מגלויה שהופקה לראשונה בראשית העשור השני של המאה העשרים. גלויה אלו לא היו בשימוש והן הוצאו מתוך אוסף גלויות "לבנון" שנתרמו לספרייה הלאומית בשנת 1939 על ידי העורך הראשי של ההוצאה, מר בנימין מינץ, ורשה.
