גלויה בלתי מחולקת ובה רפרודוקציה מאיור של האמן היהודי אפרים משה ליליין (E. M. Lilien) אשר צוייר במיוחד לכבוד הקונגרס הציוני החמישי שנערך בעיר בזל, בשנת 1902. תחת האיור, נדפס טקסט קצר ביידיש, מנוקד, ובו מעין "מדרש תמונה". על הגלויה צויינו שמו של המוציא לאור, בנימין טפליצקי, כתובתו בוורשה וכן תאריך אישור הצנזורה הרוסית להדפסה: 27 ביולי 1902. בגב הגלויה נדפס מגן-דוד ובתוכו המלה: "ציון". גלויה זו הופקה, יש להניח, לרגל הקונגרס הציוני החמישי. הגלויה לא היתה בשימוש.
