גלויה מחולקת ובה הדפס מתצלום של בניין בית הכנסת במרכז בית הספר החקלאי "מקוה ישראל". בגלויה נראה קטע בלבד מחזיתו של הבניין ומן המזרקה שפעלה שם, מאז חנוכתו בשנת 1895. על הגלויה לא צויינו שם הצלםפ או תאריך הצילום, אך יש לשער כי דימוי זה נוצר בידי יעקב בן דב, בראשית העשור השני של המאה העשרים. גלויה זו לא היתה בשימוש והיא הוצאה מתוך אוסף גלויות "לבנון" שנתרמו לספרייה הלאומית בשנת 1939 על ידי העורך הראשי של ההוצאה, מר בנימין מינץ, ורשה.
