גלויה מחולקת ובה הדפס בגוני חום-ספיה מתצלום שבו נראית הכניסה אל יער חדרה וברקע, בתי המושבה. בתחתית הגלויה נדפס שם החברה אשר הפיקה אותה: "הוצאת מתתיה אליהו - יפו". גלויה זו לא היתה בשימוש, והיא הוצאה מתוך אוסף אברהם שבדרון. הגלויה הופקה במחצית הראשונה של שנות העשרים של המאה העשרים.
