Single printed broad-sheet, 57X44cm, of printed order of the Prince Regent in Council at the Court at Carlton House, dated 23.6.1812, wording good will for the restablishment of commercial deals with America and revocation of previous orders in council as well as consideration to the liberation of captured american vessels and cargoes, provided and after being reassured that some Acts of the Government of the United States of America which interdicted entry to British armed vessels in their Harbours and Waters, whereas permitting the French to enter, have been revoked. Printed by George Eyre and Andrew Strahan, London, 1812. Printed signature of James Buller. Three exemplars.
