Printed circular letter, one page, dated 15.12.1806, to Flag Officers, Captains Commanders etc, by the commissioners of the Admiralty Office, which was sent with a printed copy of the Order passed by Court Council on 19.11.1806, concerning authorization of Licenses, in the name of the King, by Governors of Bahama, Leeward, and Tortola Islands, to trade with St. Domingo.
