Single printed page decree, given at the Court of king George R., at Saint James on 14.11.1806. Signing: Spencer, sent to commanders of Royal Navy, the High Court Admiralty, and Courts of Vice Admiralty, to instruct commanders of the Royal Navy and privateers, not to seize goods of Russian vessels and ships trading with France.
