Scope and content אלבום בגודל 28X35 ס"מ, כרוך בכריכת קלף מהודרת שהוטבעו בה עיטורים בזהב ובשלושה צבעים נוספים. במרכז הכריכה הקדמית, הוטבע שם העיר Roma ומעליה ציור סמל העיר: הזאבה המניקה את רמוס ורומולוס (Romulus & Remus). באלבום נכרכו חמישים דפי קרטון קשיחים, שמשני צדיהם הודבקו, בסך-הכל, 100 הדפסי חלבון מקוריים מתצלומי נופים ויצירות אמנות בעיר רומא, איטליה. תחת כל תצלום נכתב תיאורו בכתב יד, באנגלית. כל התצלומים הופקו באופן מסחרי על ידי צלם איטלקי, כנראה בסוף שנות השישים או ראשית שנות השבעים של המאה התשע עשרה. על פי סימונים שונים בדף הביטנה הקדמי, האלבום הופק בעיר רומא, ובשלב כלשהו נמכר בבריטניה. ככל הנראה, התצלומים נמכרו בנפרד מן האלבום, שהורכב בידי תיירים אנגלים שביקרו באיטליה ברבע האחרון של המאה התשע עשרה או אף קודם לכן. אלבום זה נתרם לאוסף על ידי ד"ר ליאון קולב (Dr. Leon Kolb, San Francisco) בשנת 1975.
