The file contains one handwritten booklet with five poems in Latin by Melissus, and one handwritten letter by Wilhelm Crecelius, apparently to Gustav Könnecke in Marburg, who was possibly the owner of the Latin manuscript. The manuscript was bound into medieval parchment fragments from a Christian prayer book, Germany, 15th century. Thick brownish paper. 1 col., 9 - 24 lines written in brown ink, one hand. 1-2-lines red and blue, sometimes with green and red penwork, minor initials, red rubrics, red underlinings, decorated floral borders.
