The file contains 14 handwritten and typed letters, and 13 postcards. Three letters were written by Lotte Altmann, three postcards sent to Waldemar Jollos. The letters refer to Zweig's travel to Portugal, to the situation in Austria after the German occupation, to changes in the Italian translation of "Magellan", to the death of his mother, to the work on "Ungeduld des Herzens", and to Franz Werfel and Dora Mitzky.
