Scope and content אלבום בכריכת קרטון בגודל 18X24.5 ס"מ, ובו 17 דפים, שעל כל אחד מהם הודבק הדפס של תצלום המתאר של הטכניון וסביבותיו, בעיר חיפה. בכריכה הפנימית השמאלית של האלבום, נכתבו בדיו ירוקה תיאורי התצלומים, ואילו בכריכה הימנית בפנימית, הודבקו שני כרטיסי ביקור, בעברית ובאנגלית, של הצלם אשר הפיק את התצלומים באלבום, שמואל יוסף שוויג (Samuel Joseph Schweig). הדפסי התצלומים אינם שווים בגודלם, וכל אחד מהם נחתך על ידי הצלם באופן שונה. התצלומים באלבום:
