Scope and content אלבום ובו 350 תצלומים מתורכיה, ארץ ישראל, מצרים ולבנון, אשר צולמו מן הקרקע ומן האוויר. זהו אלבומו האישי של מפקד יחידת הצילום והמיפוי בחיל האוויר הגרמני בימי מלחמת העולם הראשונה, פריץ גרול (Fritz Groll) אשר תעד למזכרת את מסעו עם יחידתו אל המזרח, בימי המלחמה. לצד מרבית התצלומים נוספו כתוביות בעפרון או בדיו, בגרמנית. באלבום נראים, בין היתר, מטוסי יחידת התעופה 300 ("Pascha") שתחת פיקודו של גרול, דיוקנאות של מפקדי היחידה, וכן תיעוד של נופים ומקומות אותם פקדו. אלבום זה נתרם לספרייה הלאומית בחודש ינואר 1992 על ידי גב' רות של (Ruth Schell), לונדון, באמצעות פרופ' בנימין זאב קדר.
