Anton Hye von Glunek (Gleink, Austria 1807 - Vienna 1894), was an Austrian lawyer, who became professor for law at the University of Vienna in 1842. In 1867 he was appointed Minister of Justice, and in 1871/72 he functioned as rector of the University of Vienna. |
Ownership history |
The archive was purchased in 1925, together with Hye's library, by the young Hebrew University. It was permanently deposited in the Archives department in 1976. |
