Pinjas Bizberg (1898-1970) was an agronomist who worked in the Baron Hirsch's agricultural settlements in Argentina and secretary of YIVO in Buenos Aires who worked for documenting the life in the settlements. An author, a reporter, a Zionist socialist activist and a member of Kibbutz Ein HaShlosha since 1956. His archive includes manuscripts, mostly in Yiddish, letters, articles, agronomical professional materials and plays.

Biographical summary פינחס ביזברג נולד בעיירה זגייז' על יד לודז' שבפולין ב-1898. ב-1918 נסע לגרמניה כדי להשלים את בגרותו וללמוד אגרונומיה באוניברסיטאות קיל ובון, תוך שליחת מאמרים לעיתון היינט. אחרי קבלת התואר ב-1923 עבד בגרמניה, צרפת ושוויץ, עד שנשכר על ידי יק"א ב-1927 למושבות הברון הירש בארגנטינה. בבואנוס איירס היה עורך ביטאון פועלי ציון נייע צייט וכן התמנה למזכיר ייוו"א, שם פעל לתיעוד של החיים במושבות. גר במשך שנתיים בצ'ילה בשנות ה-50 וב-1956 עלה לישראל והתיישב בקיבוץ עין השלושה שבנגב המערבי. היה פעיל במפא"י ובפועלי ציון העולמית והתמחה בתכנון התיישבות שיתופית יהודית. נפטר בירושלים ב-1970, אחרי שלמשך כמה שנים סבל משיתוק עקב שבץ.
