שני הדפסים ובהם דיוקנאות הרב אלעזר הורביץ בתקופות שונות של חייו. בתיק:;1. ציור דיוקן הרב אלעזר הורביץ בצעירותו, אוחז בספר: הדפס אבן, שחור לבן, 20X25 ס"מ, מודבק על גבי קרטון קשיח, שבגבו חותמת "גנזי יוסף בירושלם" - תרומת ד"ר יוסף חזנוביץ' לבית הספרים הלאומי. תחת הדיוקן, כותרת בגרמנית: "Latzar Horwitz - Rabbiner in Wien". על ההדפס לא מצויין תאריך או מקום הפקתו.;2. הדפס ובו תחריט דיוקנו של הרב הורביץ בזקנתו, מוקף במסגרת סגלגלה, 23X29 ס"מ. תחת דיוקנו נדפס בעברית: "תמונת הרב הגאון פאר עמו ועדתו מו"ה אלעזר הלוי איש הורוויץ זצ"ל אשר היה מורה ומנהל לעדת ווין הבירה ארבעים שנה..." הדפס זה הופק בעיר וינה, כנראה זמן קצר לאחר פטירת הרב הורביץ.
