ליתוגרפיה של דיוקן הרב אריה ליב ברסלא: תחריט נחושת, 12X18 ס"מ, מודפס בגוון אדמדם, מודבק על גבי קרטון. סביב דיוקנו של הרב, הנמצא בתוך מסגרת סגלגלה, נכתב: "תואר פני הדר הוא הרב הגאון הגדול המפורסם מה"ר ארי'ל בברעסלא אב"ד בק"ק ראטרדם יע"א". תחת דיוקנו מופיע שיר בעברית, בחרוזים: "כולל המליצה לראש מוסר סחור כסחרת ודר / וגולל גלילות האר"ש לינומק הלכה בלי גדר / בשבתא דרגלא ברב עם ואיש לא נעדר / והוא על מעמדו עומד לשרת בקדש נאדר". בגב ההדפס, חותמת בעלות של יוסף חזנוביץ', אשר תרם דיוקן זה לבית הספרים הלאומי.
